Car Pool Car Wash - Far West End

I come here often and am quite satisfied with the job. Fairly quick service, good interior detailing for the price. Most carwashes don’t do the interior anymore these days. I appreciate that they actually vacuum. Thank you!

Haven’t been to carpool in probably 10 years. Fr random reasons, I stopped in. For the cost- this doesn’t make sense. A light vacuum that doesn’t thoroughly clean. No effort put into obvious places that need a wiping. The “extreme” includes 4 cupholders and mats cleaned and a wipe including glass cleaning and mirrors inside and out. Bird droppings not removed in wash were left. General debris not vacuumed and the inside not “cleaned” at all. It had been a while and I needed a cleaning. I usually do it myself but thought I’d try. Bad overall. Will go down the street and clean it myself

Unfortunately, this location’s interior and exterior hand finishing work has gone downhill significantly. I purchased the RVA and have been a longtime Carpool fan and visitor. I walked out after being called (which already felt much faster than usual) and the rims, cup holders and side panels looked like they hadn’t been touched. Unbelievable! After paying $50 for a car wash, I expect the car to at least appear to have been touched with a microfiber. I told the person who was standing there who called my name and asked if they had cleaned the rims. He tried to tell me that it was not possible bc they were too dirty. What?? These people also had a serious attitude about it. The manager came over and told me that their solution was not strong enough to take off brake dust. Again…what?? How can a place that washes cars not have something strong enough to take brake dust off? Carpool, do better. Or else these other monthly subscription washes are gonna put you guys out of business.

Worse service ever! We won't go back: 1. Requested best wash for cleaning wheels. Advised plan which includes interior; 2. Watched & waited for vehicle inside the building; 3. Music was too loud; 4. Announcements were garbled; 5. We couldn't make out that our car was ready; 6. Condescending remarks as we walked (we're both handicap & slow to walk) to our vehicle; 7. We were rushed to leave, so we did not inspect their work; 8. The steering wheel was lock. We had to make a hard turn of the wheel to get it started; 9. We went the store & noticed the wheels were still filthy; 10. Less than a week later, I looking for something that dropped & rolled under the seat. I flashed the light and found lots of debris under the front seats. There were receipts that were dated before the wash; 11. They did clean the gunk from the cup holders; 12. We added our tip when we paid for service.
